SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All domestic orders ship through USPS. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday can take one to three days to process unless express shipping is specified. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed until Monday.  Standard delivery typically takes between two to seven days in transit. USPS provides delivery confirmation on all packages in the United States.  We do not ship on holidays.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to an incorrect address you accidentally entered.  Please double check the shipping address to ensure delivery to the correct address.  If by chance your package is returned to us, we will contact you to pay shipping a 2nd time and re-ship the item to a different address accepted by USPS.

USPS pick-up confirmations serve as our release of liability. If you have a tracking number for your order please contact your carrier to check on your package first.

RETURN POLICY

If you aren’t absolutely 100% happy with your full price merchandise, please send it back so we can help. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned.

We provide in-store credit only for all returned merchandise minus our shipping costs. With many other Harlow & Liv favorites in stock, we are sure to find something that you love.

We have a few small requests with the item(s) you wish to return:

Please make sure items are in their original condition; i.e., unwashed, unworn, un-altered, free of make up, marks, stains. Also free of animal hair, free of perfume, free of cigarette smell, and free of deodorant scents, with tags still attached (if applicable).

Please do not attempt to return any clothing or accessories if the items do not fit the return policy standards.  To discourage unacceptable returns, we access a $10 handling fee + $8.95 shipping to ship your item(s) back to you if the item(s) do not meet the standards listed. We would hate more than anything having to reject a return after receiving it, so please follow the policy we have in place.

The most common reason for a return is an item not fitting. As a result, we permit seven days from the date of the original delivery confirmation to submit a return request via email. Once your request is approved, your package must be post-marked and sent back within seven days from the approval date or a 15% restocking fee will apply.
